Psu, is this worth $60

Found a guy selling this psu. He claims it hasn't been used, just removed from the box.
Is this worth �$60 he's asking for it?

I found a review from Jan. 2015 which makes it over a year old with price of $185.00. As long as the cables are all there it's a deal for $60.

Picked it up for $50.
