What a joke they act like they didn't know until recently that is what the community wants . They have known it since battlefield 1 launch and they just don't care anymore. It is all about how little investment can we put into devolvement and still sell the game. It is just like joining a game on a friend they really could care less about if it works at launch or not.
What I took away from the video was they will do it but they wanted to focus on any other issues or flaws with the game before tackling servers. So it was not a no but not at the top of their priority list right now.
But that's okay because after playing BO4 battle royal this weekend and if the regular game is anything like that, then I am sold on it. Very impressed with the play of the game, video, guns, etc. Still not sure where I will get the money for the full game but I will because it was that good.
As for BF5, I normally like to play the campaign first to get a feel for game, maps, and guns before tackling multi-player so not that big a deal for me.
